Hi, I've a leak under the rear bed, I've not noticed it until the last couple of weeks, whilst I've been here. I thought it was due to rain making its way in but I'm not sure now. I'm concerned as its soaking the mdf. Van has recently had a DIY delamination job done underneath.

We've had our Dart 545 for a few years now, and until now have always just left the bunks made up permanently. I've managed to figure out how to put the bunk down and set up the table etc., but I'm struggling to figure out what to do with the anti roll boards and the thin mattress which is used on the top bunk. Wondering if I'm missing some clever technique, or do I just chuck them in the wardrobe with the ladders? -
Hi all sorry if this info is here somewhere, but I couldn’t find it. We are newbies, collecting our first van on Tuesday, a 2006 Lunar Quasar 2 berth. We will be making up the double bed in the dinette, and want to purchase two single duvalay mattress toppers to sit side by side. We are not sure what width to buy. Can anyone tell me what width the made up bed is likely to be once we have pulled out the lats and made up the bed ? Weight limits on paYLoad is an issue for us in our van, but we have decided a good nights sleep is a priority.

Hi All! After owning a Swift Charisma for many years, recently swapped for a 2012 Swift Challenger Sport 544 with end bathroom, front bench section that converts to a double bed, and a "U" shped dining section towards the rear the drops down to another double bed which mimic's the fixed bed version of the same caravan layout. REALLY looking forward to getting away in the new unit however. ................ Unfortunately, after dropping the table down, I can't seem to work out how the cushions are laid out to convert the rear dining section to be able to convert from a table to a double bed! In the wardrobe of the caravan, there were two additional slimline, oblong shaped (both a different thickness and shaping) foam pieces, I'm guessing these could have something to do with the set-up/layout of the bed however, just can't work out how on earth it's all supposed to fit together I've been through all the manuals that came with the caravan, scoured the internet for websites that could suggest how to set-up the rear double bed, and been on YouTube in the hope I can find something to show how to lay out the cushion pieces make up the bed! If anyone can explain, send pictures or even if possible refer me to a video of how on earth the cushions are supposed to be laid out, it would be most appreciated! Hi all, this will be a daft question, but, bear in mind that I've only just found out that you should turn over the side cushions to the flat side to make up the double bed - those lumps have been killing me for months!!? At the front of our Sprite major six we've got two side seats which convert into the double bed. In between these two seats are a set of three drawers that can be flipped over to make a small table and underneath have the slats that pull out to make the double bed. This set of drawers is removable, but I can't really understand why. My first thought was that this set of drawers came off to make one huge space for the sleeping area and would be stored under the bed at night, but, the depth of the drawers is higher than level of the slats, so that can't be the answer. Any ideas?

Hi can anyone help. A friend of mine is looking to replace the damaged bed rails, the ones either side of the parallel seats that the wooden slats pull out on to make up the bed. They are the ones screwed directly on top of the wooden seat frame. Does anyone know a dealer or breaker that might have these. Thanks GPS

Rather than hijack the other thread I originally posted on with my problems I thought I would start a new thread. We bought the Orion used from a dealer last month and it looked like new so were very pleased. The problems that arose on first using were a sagging fixed bed in the centre, a fridge that doesn't get cold enough and the Whale heating system that takes far too long to come back on once the thermostat turns off. The bed is the biggest problem and the culprit seems to be the support bar down the centre of the bed which is slightly bent even with no mattress on the bed but gets a lot worse when the bed is occupied. Have e-mailed Bailey who are on holiday this week but got a reply to say they would reply in a weeks time. I thought I could reverse the support bar but realise now that the top of the bar has all the grooves for the slat holders whereas the botton does not so can't do it. Has anyone else had problems with the Orion 430/4 fixed bed? It seems that the same bed is used on the Unicorn Valencia and two people I have talked to on site say they have no problem at all during the last two years. The large red arrow shows the bed support and the smaller red arrow shows a broken bed slat making me suspect that a very heavy person(s) have been on the bed. We are only 13 stone each so it is not us !!!!

I would like to know of anyone who has had a problem with the bed frame assembly on 2010 Lunar Clubman SE vans? The original bed frame in my van started to show signs of movement before it was a year old. That was reported for warranty work. Further problems emerged at 18 months when a bulge appeared on the outside of wall opposite where the frame assembly was attached . At 2 years, the outside of the wall also moved when opening and closing the frame and later the bed started to drop off its supports when in use. Gaps were then found under the bed between the internal fittings (bathroom wall and cabinet) and the internal skin of the wall. .
