  1. Got it, thanks. Luckily the van is on my drive so i can try a few things to see what works.
  2. High rise buildings have self cleaning windows.
  3. Do you have a specific shut down process to keep the battery life?
  4. Thanks guys, I shall check both. You may be right, I may just be worrying for nothing. Just concerned that the new battery may suffer if I ignore it. I have decided to charge the battery off the van and check with a meter when fully charged. Will then hook it back up, shut down as much power as I can find and see what it does then, checking it with the meter on a regular basis. I will let you know how it goes. Andy.
  5. Isolated at control panel? Could you be a bit more specific? (Sorry) are we talking the main fuse box? No radio. Or as I like to call it "the wireless" Fridge isn't digital, just a single switch set to off. Light not showing in fridge when door open. Thanks.

  7. Hi there. I have a brand new Hobby 620 with a phantom tracker fitted. I have put a new Platinum AGM 100AH (fully charged) battery on it and started to track the battery life via the phantom app. It only seems to last a few days before it get to the 12v or less mark. Ideas? Fridge off, lights off, everything off that I can see or find. Apart from:- Tracker on, and also the internal hobby monitoring system, etc. Would this be enough to drop the power levels so quickly? Options? Un-hook the battery and live without the tracker? Keep hooked up to p
  8. Thanks everyone. Of we are ever allowed out of the house again I will go and look at one. I have a new Hobby 620cl and yes, it is under 7m. 🙈
  9. I am thinking of swapping my Ssangyong Rexton ultimate 2018 for a new Ssangyong Musso. Same inside, just a pickup and much better on company car tax. Question. Do any sites get a bit snotty when you tip up with a pickup. New or otherwise? I'm towing a new Hobby 620cl so need something a little larger, hence the Ssangyong. Thanks. Andy.
  10. Nope, my insurance (new Ssangyong Rexton ultimate) is lower.
  11. Thanks for the comments. We have contact CMC and while they aren't the cheapest (as you said) they were willing to insure immediately. £518 !!! Ouch.
  12. Hallelujah! 2 responses and no advice on towing limits. Will look at CMC and see what they can do. Thanks.
  13. Any recommendations? Struggling to find one for a new Hobby van. Also, please don't tell me about towing lengths, it has nothing to do with this topic and it will only make me want to swear at you!
  14. Yes, that's the type of thing I'm looking for. I have had a look on their website and dropped them a line. 🤞
  15. Anyone know where I can get a towing cover for a Hobby 620CL 2019 8ft wide model.
