  1. I want to thank everyone for their advice, it has given me much to think about but at least I now have some idea as to what I am going to do.
  2. I'm planning on buying a new TV for my caravan and it was recommended that I also purchase an Amazon Fire Stick (fully loaded) so I can also access my Netflix, BB iPlayer etc. Do I need anything else apart from the fire stick itself (adapter etc?) Afraid I'm not very technical so would appreciate some advice.
  3. I bought a 2016 Lunar Delta last year, had some water ingress and made arrangements to have it sorted through the manufacturers warranty. I've now been told that Lunar have gone into liquidation at the weekend and the service department was told by Lunar to stop all work to be carried out on warranty. This has now got me really worried about obtaining parts for future repairs to my caravan and the resale/part exchange value of my caravan The work isn't being carried out by my original dealer as they don't personally undertake bodywork but using a firm that they referred me to. The parts have arrived so there's no delay in that respect, but they received notification from Luna to stop all warranty work as of Thursday last week. They were told that Luna were looking to get a buyer and if none were received by the weekend then they would be going into liquidation.

  5. Yes, it does, but there have been times when we've been where there is a very poor TV reception because of the trees, but a TV aerial hook up is available. Following the information you kindly gave me, I have managed to get the adaptors and I know that the site we're going to next week we will need them. I have fitted the one in the electric box and will leave it there (unless I decide to get a satellite. I'm not sure just how useful a satellite dish will be useful because I do have the roof aerial. Any thoughts on that??
  6. Because I don't have a standard TV aerial socket on the outside of my caravan, I was hoping that I could use an adaptor which would allow a TV aerial to be inserted into the 'sat' socket, then an adapter inside the caravan on the 'sat' socket to my TV.
  7. I'm a complete numpty with this sort of thing. All I can say is that in the electric compartment on the off side of the caravan, there is the socket for my normal electric hook-up. Below that there is an aerial type socket that says 'sat'. When testing it with an aerial, it wouldn't connect (it was a slightly different size to a normal aerial fitting). I don't have anything on the awning side of the caravan apart from a boot box with a standard 3 pin socket and the usual access to under bed lockers.
  8. Thank so much. I've spoken to the local accessory shop but they didn't think there was any adapter available. I just knew someone on this forum would be able to help me.
  9. I have a 2016 Luna Delta and in the electric compartment there is a socket for a satellite. I have been to a couple of sites where an additional TV aerial connection is available where a long lead comes from the hook-up to the caravan (due to poor reception) and was wondering if there is such a thing as an adapter to fit onto the satellite socket to use it for the TV aerial? I'm not very technical minded and don't really understand how these sort of things work. I haven't been able to find any other aerial socket on the exterior of the caravan.
  10. I've discovered the fault, it is the carbon monoxide sensor. Where it is situated it wasn't obvious that it was flashing with each beep. I wouldn't have thought to look there! Many thanks for suggesting it. Many thanks to everyone for their suggestions. It's all sorted now.
  11. Thanks.….. that makes sense!! I'm very grateful for your responses to my query.
  12. I have a 2016 Luna Delta TS which I bought last year. After spending 3 weeks away in it, I returned the caravan to the suppliers to have a couple of minor issues attended to under the 3 month suppliers warranty. Since it came back, I keep hearing a single 'beeping' noise approximately every minute. The green motion sensor light is showing (it's situated under the table), so I'm assuming the beep is coming from that but I can't find out how to stop it! The caravan isn't due to have a service just yet, so if possible, I wanted to avoid having to return it to the service department unless I really had to. It definitely didn't make the noise before. It's really doing my head in!!! Any suggestions??
  13. Hi Sam,  I would be interested in purchasing your leveller for my TA caravan but it's too far for me to collect, would you consider posting?
