  1. Thanks, tried YouTube & Googled for the part with no success so will contact Dometic tomorrow and thanks MrPlodd but the Domestic doesn’t have a drain tube like the Thetford so to drain you have to pump the water into the loo which then goes straight into the cassette. i know it’s the pipe to the pump up in the top somewhere as I can see the pink fluid running down the outside of the pipe but I appreciate your thoughts and time. Well I’ve found a light green plastic strip with Dometic on it so it’s just a question as to how to use it!! I have bundles of paperwork with the van covering everything but the toilet but this is a good start. I will keep searching for installation instructions so thanks for the lead.

  3. Hi, has anyone ever removed their Dometic 4050 toilet? we have a 2014 Lunar Delta ti which we’ve had from new but I’m getting the pink flush water collecting underneath the cassette and from what I can see it’s leaking from the pipe where it disappears from site presumably where it connects to the pump so it could be just the connection or a split in the pipe but I can’t get at the connection so I’m wondering if anyone knows how to remove the toilet to get to this point or of any other way to get to it? A separate issue is it’s also just started to leak slightly from the slide valve so I will need to put a new seal in the cassette once I find a source for the seal. Any help would be much appreciated, thanks, Pete
  4. Thanks Sulyka, it's slightly further south than we would ideally like but certainly not out of the question, we stayed for a week at Bonterra Park site at Benicassim which was quite a nice site so if you could give me further info on the site you use and also on any storage facilities that would be great though the indoor storage sounds favourite. As I'm new to Caravantalk I'm not sure if people can be contacted direct or whether it's all through the post so apologies for my ignorance if I should be doing something different.
  5. Thanks guys, bopeep, it was while we were staying at Kiko Park in Oliva and seeing Nova storage that 1st got us interested in this but it's a bit far south for us to travel but many thanks for your input. Jaydug, I've had a look and Las Palmeros would be ideal but as you suspected it is a bit too far north as the season is only from end April until 22nd Oct and really we are looking to be there around Feb/March but closing near end of Oct would suit us so it's a possibility but a bit further south would be better if we can find somewhere. The INN storage is a consideration for us if we can't find a good site with local storage around Salou/Tarragona area but if nothing comes up it will probably mean we will have to travel further south but once again thanks many thanks for the suggestions which are much appreciated.
  6. Hi, last year we toured the east coast of Spain as far as Alicante and stayed at Kiko Park in Oliva and Marjal near Alicante. Both sites had separate companies with local yearly storage where you could store the van there then they put it on a pitch on the site when required. The sites were fabulous but too far to travel to as we have a dog so have to go by car rather than flying. Ideally we would like to buy another tourer to use for a month or two the beginning and end of the year and have stored say around Salou area, we realise we won't get baking hot weather especially at the beginning of the year but just to be warm and extend the summer would suit us fine. Does anyone have experience/recommendation of a site around that area that's open all year with storage, ideally with things to do on the site. Tha Marjal site near Alicante was out of this world with Spa, bar, restaurant, entertainment and all kinds of activities. Any help would be much appreciated
