    Still researching
  1. Hi, we purchased an Abbey GTS 215, 2008, 2 berth caravan yesterday. We are having it delivered next week. My partner is worried about towing it under bridges. We have several train bridges near where we live. I'm sure it will be fine, what do you think please? GH
  2. Thanks Les for your advice - can't go longer than about 21 feet though. GH Hi everyone and thanks for having me by the way. This forum is excellent for information. GH
  3. Hi, we are researching caravans and hoping to look at some this weekend. Any advice on choosing a starter 2 berth caravan would be appreciated. We are going to look at an Abbey Expression 470 2 berth 2003, Swift Challenger 480 SE 2002 and Bailey Pageant Monarch Series 6 2008. We would be using it for touring, so would like it to be light. I was wondering if the upholstery on the older models would still be comfortable for sleeping. Also, would people recommend buying from a dealer rather than private? Thanks in advance. GH
