We are on a seasonal pitch and been on this site for 3 years. ....just suddenly stopped working. Can't get a signal on either tv's. Thanks

Own a 2013 Elddis Bucanneer. ..... tv ariel has always worked. ... visited site and can't get any to signal whatsoever. Was fully working when we last visited van 4 weeks ago???? Any suggestions??

Does anybody know where the main fuse box is for a 2013 buccaneer? Can't get both tv's to work ?

Might try it then lol. ...However carpark was pretty full but credit to them for parking up. Noticed a lot of disgruntled drivers though waiting to park up!

I'm not disputing what they did but went to local supermarket and noticed a long queue of traffic. Then noticed 2 touring caravans trying to get parked in supermarket carpark, one was a twin axle! After several minutes they managed to park up then went shopping I've never seen this before lol. ...Not sure I'd have the balls to do it!

I'm sure you can reject goods under the SOGA up to 6 years!

Well happy ending. ...it's been delivered safely along with a bunch of flowers from Managing Director. Newcastle delivery driver informed me the awning was the talk of Parcelforce and managing director insisted stock photos were placed in every depot in the UK lol. .. He was determined to find it! Goes to show go straight to higher management if things do go wrong!

Strange isn't it. .... Parcelforce informed us label had come off and attached to another parcel hence reason original tracking stated Basingstoke depot? Still waiting lol. ..
