  2. Gosh ... it does not seem a year since the last one. Mum and Dad were up last week at the Motorhome event but I wasn’t able to make that one.

  10. Thank you. We do try to get everything right first time but I'm afraid this does not always happen. Following feedback we look at our training and make sure that all our new staff training is up-to-date As soon as we receive feedback or contact from a customer we do try to resolve any problems. As Sandy has said, contacting me here by a DM or through other forums or Facebook/Twitter is one way or contacting The Leisure World Group another. Kind regards Vicky
