  5. Would recommend Hedleys, have had 2 detachable bars fitted by them (and a mover previously) they also have a mobile fitting service if more convenient
  6. No issues whatsoever with our Inaca Sands
  7. Decided to try the pull out the front bed slats for the first time at the weekend, well the slats are far to narrow for the gap between the seats and drop out of the plastic runners as soon as any weight is on the cushions Anyone else found this issue?
  8. The speaker grill easily pops off if you hook through one of the holes in the grill (used the end of a sharp corkscrew point on mine, always one handy) and then speaker fixing screws can be seen and speaker can be removed. Found this out when removing clock to adjust it
  9. Used our Cartagena for 10 nights since mid March, very pleased with it, a massive improvement over our first van a Pegasus 534 which we had from new in 2010 for some 5 years. We are very picky and the only thing we spotted after handover was a wall cupboard door which needed a slight adjustment, which I quickly sorted with a screwdriver and no need for a visit back to our dealer. The more we stay in the van, we appreciate what a great van we have purchased
  10. On my Cartagena I used part of the "test" adaptor supplied with the van ariel to convert the external sat in socket to attach a standard external aerial input and then a dc splitter as described in Scaramanga's previous post (thanks for the info in a previous post thread) connections removed at the vision plus booster, on mine the unmarked input 3 cable was from the external sat point and the blue and yellow taped leads were from the internal tv points, found this out with trying each of the 3 leads in turn Scaramanga
  11. Thanks for the feedback, all seems as it should be then and nothing to get hung up about, will continue to enjoy our van Heating is superb, but we did have a slight mishap, were used to putting tv remote on top of the seat cushions in our Pegasus, whoops dropped remote down gap onto radiator, had to get the screwdriver out to remove the the backing board to retrieve it, very quick to do and the stuck on screw covers came off and when back on no problem
  12. We have had our Cartagena for a few weeks now and noticed a couple of things, not sure if other owners vans are the same. Inside most of the wall cupboards have polystyrene covers over the alutec fixings ie without the curved plastic trims used elsewhere in the van (our previous Pegasus had the curved plastic covers everywhere) Inside the washroom sink base unit, the sides show the bare wood frame and are not finished with a veneered panel (also front panel inside the laundry basket) Looking for some feedback from Cartagena owners before contacting my dealer Very happy with our Cartagena,
