  3. That is simply not true. Dealers have direct phone numbers for most people and departments. Is the dealer a Bailey dealer I wonder.
  4. Happens more often than you think with caravan abs panels. Seen plenty over the last 25 years.
  5. it certainly looks like ABS because GRP doesnt crack cleanly like that
  6. insurance only covers accidental damage not wear and tear or deterioration of seals
  7. I cant believe the opening post. you are paying a mobile to service your caravan, but yet he doesn't know how to complete a water ingress survey on an alutech caravan. my best advice is use someone who does know what they are doing.
  8. seen it before and usually caused by being jacked up on the chassis instead of either the axle or axle plate. you will need to support the caravan usually on the floor, and you will need to remove the axle and the damaged chassis member. The member will be bolted through the floor and could have possibly caused the head of the bolts to pull through the floor too.
  9. what about Nick at Newark Independent Caravan Services (NICS) http://www. newarkcaravans. co. uk/home/4581731743. very nice decent bloke and he is also a member on here http://www. caravantalk. co. uk/community/user/49649-newarkcaravans/ and he was a runner-up in the 2012 awards for best servicing vote for buy readers on here http://www. caravantalk. co. uk/caravan-talk-awards/2012-winners
  10. It doesn`t but it forms part of the contract of sale

  12. But it is in writing in the caravan handbook under the section covering warranty. It is also normally in the brochures. The warranty terms and conditions clearly state what is covered by the warranty and for length of time.
  13. it is and in my experience a judge wouldnt. the value of the product is a key factor
