Looks good.

did you make it??

Yes Wood was sourced from the local timber merchant cheaper than getting it from Wicks, B&Q or Homebase, I already had the 10mm threaded bar and nuts, the original base plank was approx 42" Long for the twin axle, but I cut them all down to suit the single axle.

Looking good! I made a similar ramp - mine is a little longer so I could be guaranteed to get the wheel lock aligned. It uses dowels that locate into holes and the planks are all different thicknesses, so you can swap them to give different lift heights. Blooming heavy though!!! Love the fact you just swing the unused lengths out of the way - genius!!

Glad you like them I used them on my twin axle and cut them down to suit the single, I wish now I had kept them a little longer for the same reason you mentioned the, Alko lozenge, Do you have any photos of your design? I ask as the mud flaps on the new van are lower than the ones I fitted in the picture and obstruct the planks I swing out of the way
