Caravan TV, Radio & Satellite

Somewhere to discuss both terrestrial and satellite TV reception while you are away from home.

There are an awful lot of caravanners out there who could not and would not do without their caravan TV.

If you’re a new caravanner and are wondering where to start with your TV requirements, the first consideration is whether you need a television with mains-only or 12V input. If you will be staying on sites with EHUs, a mains only model will do; otherwise, a 12V input model will be required.

Choosing the right mobile TV service is also important for new caravanners; bear in mind that satellite TV doesn’t necessarily incur a monthly cost, depending on your viewing requirements. There are plenty of freesat channels available that simply require a dish and receiver to, well. ..receive.

Whatever the issue, and no matter how technical, be sure to chat with our members and check the existing caravan TV threads in this section for help.
