Caravan Heating & Cooling

From traditional blown air heating to the combi and wet heating systems or air conditioners, this is where to discuss them.

Maintaining a comfortable temperature in your caravan is an important part of any trip, as is a reliable hot water supply. There are various options available for heating caravans, and heating the water in caravans.

Winter caravanners, or those who experience an unseasonably dramatic dip in temperature, will confirm that gas-only heaters can prove very expensive and potentially exhaust your gas supply.

On sites with EHUs, the common option is generally a heater able to run on gas, electricity, or both. Under-floor heating and free-standing heaters are also available options and in motorhomes diesel powered heaters also can be found.
