Had minor "teething" problems - no real worries there. BUT, had water ingress at front, and now awaiting rectification under warranty. A first for us and really gutted.
Yes, but not impressed by the high level window that replaces front lockers. Chose this because absence of lockers does remove accidental bumping of head. Apparently, the blind should not be closed during strong sunlight, but being open causes discomfort in south-facing situation.
Generally, yes, but one of the settees seems to be suffering a degree of spring collapse. Friends with similar van had their cushions replaced with high density foam. Might consider same at some point if we don't sell.
Yes, it has ATC, although we still apply the rule of sensible loading.
Ours came with a wandering 12-volt lead in the bunk, for connecting to a solar panel. The lead was non-reversing, and the exposed terminal was live, and cause sparks when it brushed against the adjacent gas pipe for the water heater.
Remedy - removed lead.
Poor toiletry facilities in washroom, so fitted a chrome rack, above wash basin, to remedy this.
Sellers are salespeople - so treatment was as expected - predictably good.
This is our 4th new caravan. But we would never again buy 'new'. Our own experience, plus what we have learned from others, has led to this decision regardless of make of van.
