Wood effect fablon is starting to peel off in various places, the water pump is noisy and the worktops are extremely easily damaged. WORST OF ALL this is my 2nd ACE Jubilee Courier that has leaked!!! STAY WELL CLEAR. 1st van leaked less than a year old, 2nd lasted 5 years before I noticed the soggy floor.

Starting to look dated
Entry level van, but ok for us. The heater is at the wrong end of the van.
