  • 2003 4 Single axle Touring 1140 1350 7.06 2.28 985 Yes Yes 5 Only niggles: no microwave in this year's model, toilet door bangs against vanity sink unless you are careful, fridge isn't as big as some, front gas bottle locker hard to lock. Short of power outlets in lounge (we fitted extras easily). 5 Yes, very clean and surprisingly modern external appearance for a ten-year old van. Extremely comfortable, partly because of extra width (nearly 7 feet six inches), very good supportive seat squabs in lounge, very comfortable mattress on double (quite a surprise), lots of room and plenty of light. 5 Nicely behaved, even when approaching weight limit, as long as nose weight is roughly right. Hardly a twitch even when overtaken by artics at speed. Has never worried me (built-in stabiliser). 5 By this age (10) you know whether a caravan is well made. This one is. Nothing breaks or falls off, and no signs of damp (meter tested when bought last year). 4 Perfectly - we use it mainly for weekends in fields (at dog shows) with no hook-up or hard standing; this feels luxurious in those surroundings. Added a motor mover, worth every penny in my book. 4 used Independent showroom Helpful and straightforward, agreed a sensible price. https://www.caravantalk.co.uk/community/uploads/monthly_12_2013/ccs-61668-0-56963600-1386282583.jpg,monthly_12_2013/ccs-61668-0-61834400-1386282584.jpg,monthly_12_2013/ccs-61668-0-67576900-1386282585.jpg,monthly_12_2013/ccs-61668-0-62744400-1386282586.jpg,monthly_12_2013/ccs-61668-0-59359600-1386282587.jpg,monthly_12_2013/ccs-61668-0-64636600-1386282588.jpg,monthly_12_2013/ccs-61668-0-63433300-1386282589.jpg,monthly_12_2013/ccs-61668-0-20174000-1386282590.jpg,monthly_12_2013/ccs-61668-0-82340700-1386282590.jpg,monthly_12_2013/ccs-61668-0-38860500-1386282591.jpg Yes

Light and bright, very comfortable, pleasant curved light wood locker fittings. Has a fixed end bed with massive storage below (which has an external locker opening). Front lounge berths are over 6'6" long making up an enormous double berth. Chest of drawers at front with two drawers and large shoe locker, plus very convenient sliding fold-over table top. Also full-sized folding table in its own stowage locker. Great overhead storage, good underseat storage too. Big 'spare' external locker (a wet locker?) Blown air heating very effective, dual fuel water heater, can be run all weekend without electric hookup in real comfort with 120A/hour battery. Flyscreens and night blinds as well as curtains. Four burner hob, full grill, big oven. Three-fuel fridge. Proper solid wood bedroom sliding door, TV locker can be viewed from lounge or bedroom. End toilet and shower combined. Big and roomy yet (as it's a Lunar) it is lightweight enough to be single axle and towable by medium sized car.
