I suggest to put plastic mirrors or acrylic mirrors into your search engine. There are many companies that sell and will cut to size, even drilling holes for mounting if given dimensions. - Try ebay. It should be fairly simple to identify hinge location from the hinge location of the cupboard to which the mirror is to be fixed. The supplier of the mirror should offer drilling services (if he doesn't, buy elsewhere). Personally, I would consider bonding (glueing) the hinges onto the acrylic mirror. philspot Posted July 24, 2014 Share Posted July 24, 2014 I found "Derwent Laser Crafts" (Newcastle based) very good when I needed lightweight mirrors. - see my post in "Lunar Caravans - dropping mirror".
