Alde 3rd Party Panel C Fail

Recommended Posts

Can someone help me? Just taken delivery of a new Conqueror 570 and the alde heating worked fine with the Command panel and App for 3 days then this message came up. Alde will now not talk to Command panel and app does not work. I have been told by Sargeant that it must be a cabling fauly between the 2. If thats the case, why did it work fine for several days before failing. Has anyone any other ideas?

Dont know what the Command panel is, but presumably there is a cable to it.

Can you disconnect that cable and try it without the Command bit?

The responsibility lies with the dealer - contact them.

My default position on anything computer is the old cliché, turn it off and back on again.

Works every time at home.

Try powering down, green fuse in boiler if I remember rightly, count to 10, then reboot.

Got van back from dealers. They said they had to reboot Alde system using their special plug in diagnostics tool and it all worked again. Thinking about it, the fault happened when we had 2 phones using the app and trying to connect to the Swift Command unit at the same time to alter settings. Sounds like a very flaky communications system to me.

Hi

We had this problem, and like everything else in my motorhome based life - it's documented here!

Hope it helps someone
