The DVD player in our van TV packed up - wouldn't play or even eject a disc unless the TV was powered off and on again. It's been like it for a year but just not got round to investigating getting it fixed. Anyway, very pleasantly surprised by the hassle free Avtex three day pickup / repair / return service. TV has come back today working nicely.
