Caravan summary

What's good?

Good quality furniture, simple build and easy to care for.Looks very old fashioned which I liked but had all mod cons.Huge payload. Very comfortable seats with angled seat backs.

What's bad?

Not a lot really. No front chest but that gives more seating room, shower curtain rather than a cubicle but it was 26 years old when I had it.

Would you recommend it?

Yes

Style & comfort *****

Do you like the way it looks?

The lantern roof makes it look vintage and the feel of the body panels was such that you knew it was high quality.

Is it comfortable?

Seats were really good, beds not so.

Ease of towing *****

Is it easy to tow?

Lightweight considering I drive a Disco 4.

Reliability & water ingress *****

Anything to look out for?

It was the easiest to work on as everything was made very simply. It all unscrews and was easy to reproduce to repair.

Practicality ****

Does it meet your holiday needs?

No fixed bed but it just makes it feel more like caravanning.

Any modifications?

Movers fitted from new and still going strong.

Buying experience *****

Did you buy it new or used?

used

Where did you buy it?

Franchised dealer

What was the seller like?

Actually bought it from Carlight who were selling for a customer. Made 100 when I sold it. :)
